Discriminatie op grond van een handicap of seksuele gerichtheid is verboden. De overheid moet handicap voortaan als toets meenemen in wet- en regelgeving. De rechter moet handicap ook mee laten wegen in discriminatiezaken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De uitbreiding van artikel 1 zorgt voor meer bewustwording.
